Anxiety and Stress Support

Anxiety can show up in many ways. Racing thoughts that do not slow down. Difficulty sleeping. Irritability. Overanalyzing conversations. Feeling on edge even when nothing is “wrong.” For some, it becomes panic. For others, it looks like burnout, constant tension, or feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities.

Therapy for anxiety is not one size fits all. Hannah works collaboratively with each client to understand their history, current stressors, personality style, and how their life is structured day to day. Together, they identify patterns that are keeping anxiety active and develop practical tools to create stability.

Her approach may include cognitive and behavioral strategies, nervous system regulation techniques, processing past experiences that contribute to present stress, and building realistic routines that support long-term change. The goal is not perfection. The goal is steadiness.

When appropriate, Hannah works collaboratively with medical providers to ensure coordinated care. If a client is using or considering medication, she supports informed decision making and open communication with prescribing professionals.

Clients often leave therapy feeling more grounded, clearer in their thinking, and better equipped to manage stress without it running their lives.
