Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy with Hannah is an intentional, collaborative process designed to help clients gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change. Sessions are tailored to the individual, whether working one on one with a child, teen, or adult.

Therapy may involve open conversation, structured skill building, deeper processing of past experiences, or practical strategies for navigating present challenges. Some sessions are reflective and exploratory. Others are focused and solution oriented. The approach evolves based on what each client needs in that season of life.

Hannah practices from a person centered foundation, meaning therapy begins with listening and understanding before intervention. From there, she integrates evidence based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. Treatment is responsive and individualized rather than formulaic.

Her work is inclusive and affirming of diverse identities and lived experiences, including members of the LGBTQI+ community. Therapy provides a space to explore identity, relationships, family dynamics, and personal growth without judgment or assumption. Conversations around sexuality, intimacy concerns, relationship dynamics, and the impact of stress or trauma on connection are approached with professionalism, comfort, and respect.

What makes Hannah’s work distinct is her balance of warmth and directness. She provides steady support while also helping clients identify patterns, build accountability, and move forward with intention. Therapy is not passive conversation. It is an active process aimed at helping clients feel more capable, grounded, and empowered in their daily lives.

Clients can expect a space that is respectful, structured without being restrictive, and focused on long term growth rather than quick fixes.
